Center Stage Hosts Super Bowl Party Fundraiser for the Orange County Performing Arts Center

Members and prospective new members of the Center Stage Chapter of the Guilds of the Orange County Performing Arts Center will hold their 44th Annual Super bowl party and fundraiser membership drive at the lovely home of Hallie Whelen in Huntington Beach. The home has three viewing areas along with a beautiful pool and garden area.

Fans will gather on Sunday, February 7, at 2:30 PM to cheer their team while watching the game on one of three TV's. A football pool will have quarterly winners with one-half of the proceeds going to the Orange County Performing Arts Center.

Center Stage Committee members planning the event are: Host, Hallie Whelen; Ways & Means Co-chairs, Lynn Baker and Barbara Biniasz; and committee members, Louise Costa, Margie Lord, and Kathy Reich.

The tail gate menu will include: hamburgers and hot dogs with all of the trimmings, award winning chili, make your own quesadillas, freshly popped popcorn, appetizers, chips and dips, beer, wine, and soft drinks.

Center Stage is one of 26 chapters of The Guilds of the Orange County Performing Arts Center. It was the producer of Red Hot Blues on a Cool Summer Night, one of the hottest and most successful fund raising events in Orange County.
